‘The ASEAN·Korea Music Festival, 2026 ROUND in Korea’ (hereinafter referred to as the “ROUND Festival”), will take place on November 7 (Saturday) and 8 (Sunday) at Namdong Gymnasium in Incheon, South Korea. Organized by KBS and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea (MOFA), sponsored by the ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund (AKCF), and supported by Incheon Metropolitan City, the festival marks ROUND’s return to Korea for the first time in two years since its 2024 edition in Busan.

Returning to Korea After Two Years: Strengthening ASEAN–Korea Connections in Incheon

This year’s festival will take place in Incheon, a global hub city connected to the world 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Since its launch as an online livestreaming festival during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, ROUND has demonstrated the power of music through festivals held in Indonesia, Korea, Lao PDR, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Returning to Korea after two years, the festival will once again bring the spirit of musical exchange to Korean audiences. “As we return to Korea for the first time in two years, we are committed to presenting an exceptional, well-produced festival that meets the expectations of music fans,” ROUND stated. The festival will offer audiences in Korea a unique opportunity to experience live performances by artists from across ASEAN who are not often seen on Korean stages. It is also expected to serve as a platform for cultural exchange, bringing together ASEAN communities living in Korea and Korean audiences to experience and engage with one another’s cultures through music.

Host 10CM, LEE YOUNGJI, Roy Kim, and Leading ASEAN Artists Take the Stage

This year’s ROUND Festival will feature a lineup of leading artists from ASEAN and Korea, delivering exceptional performances and a diverse musical experience for audiences. Following his appearance at ROUND in the Philippines, 10CM will return as the festival host. With a strong fanbase across ASEAN through his popular K-drama OSTs, 10CM will take on both hosting and performing duties. The Korean lineup also features LEE YOUNGJI, whose commanding stage presence has earned her recognition on the international stage, Roy Kim, known for his emotive vocals, and LEE SEUNG YOON, who has emerged as a prominent act at major music festivals in Korea and internationally in recent years.

The festival will also showcase the distinctive musical styles and talents of artists from across ASEAN. Representing Indonesia, Eastern Indonesian Collective brings together the artists behind the mega-hit “Tabola Bale,” which has surpassed 570 million views on YouTube and 300 million streams on Spotify. Singapore’s GEN NEO, a producer and singer-songwriter behind several major K-pop hits with a dedicated fanbase, will also take the stage. The lineup further includes Thailand’s Tilly Birds, whose sophisticated sound and distinctive vocals have helped bring Thai music to international audiences, and Malaysia’s HAEL HUSAINI, one of the leading singer-songwriters in the Malay pop scene. Cambodia’s LA CIMA, a seven-member hip-hop crew with over 400 million cumulative streams, has established itself as a leading force in the country’s urban music and hip-hop scene. Acclaimed Filipino singer-songwriter TJ Monterde will reunite with 10CM for another special collaboration performance, following their appearance together at ROUND in the Philippines. Also joining the lineup are KAIA from the Philippines, Fakhrul Razi from Brunei Darussalam, BIGPOM from Lao PDR, Velocity from Myanmar, and marzuz from Viet Nam, highlighting the diversity and vibrancy of ASEAN’s music scene.

Closer to Artists, More to Experience: ROUND Festival Presents Special Programs

Alongside the main performances, ROUND Festival will feature special programs offering fans opportunities to engage more closely with participating artists. The Fan Meet-Up program, scheduled for both festival days, will give ASEAN fans residing in Korea the opportunity to meet and interact with artists from their home countries. On the second day, Wish Bus, a mobile live music recording studio operated by the Philippines’ leading radio station Wish FM, will also make an appearance. Following its positive reception at ROUND in the Philippines, held in Manila this April, Wish Bus will bring its signature live performances to Korea, further enriching the festival experience.

The festival’s return to Korea after two years has attracted considerable interest despite a packed autumn concert calendar. The first round of free tickets, released through NOL on October 1, sold out early, leading ROUND to release additional tickets to accommodate demand. To improve transportation convenience for attendees, a free shuttle bus service will operate between Songnae Station (Line 1) and Namdong Gymnasium during the festival. International student volunteers, working in cooperation with the Seoul Global Center, will also provide interpretation and language support to facilitate event operations.
Further information on additional tickets and shuttle bus services is available through ROUND Festival’s official social media channels.

Connecting Through Music: About ROUND Festival

ROUND is the official name and brand of the ASEAN·Korea Music Festival project, a global initiative launched by KBS in 2020 to promote musical exchange and cooperation between the ASEAN member states and Korea. Through the ROUND Festival, held annually in the ASEAN Chair country and biennially in Korea, the project facilitates cultural exchange and collaboration among artists from ASEAN and Korea. The annual ROUND Music Forum further provides a platform for dialogue and cooperation, exploring opportunities for sustainable, mutually beneficial growth through popular music.

Launched as an online festival in 2020, when the COVID-19 pandemic brought much of the world to a standstill, ROUND created a new platform for connecting music fans around the world through the universal language of music. Following another year of virtual performances in 2021, ROUND held its first in-person festival in Jakarta, Indonesia, in 2023, marking a significant milestone as artists and audiences came together in person for the first time. The festival has since expanded across the region, with events held in Vientiane, Lao PDR, and Busan, Korea, in 2024, followed by Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in 2025 and Manila, the Philippines, in 2026. Through performances that transcend language and national borders, ROUND has evolved beyond a music festival into a cultural and artistic network connecting ASEAN and Korea Following its wins in two categories at the 2025 Telly Awards, an internationally renowned awards program recognizing excellence in video and television, ROUND received the Excellence Award for Outstanding International Co-Production at the International Broadcasting Co-Production Conference (IBCC 2026), earning recognition for its excellence and competitiveness as a global content project.
